"We needed some plans for our garage conversion. The idea was to change our garage into a playroom for the kids, we also wanted to divide off a new shower room with a doorway from the kitchen. 

The process was simple and we were given some good advice by the Architect. We needed both planning permission and building regulations drawings for our garage conversion, as we lived in a newly built estate and the permitted development rights had been removed.
