We offer two different prices for designing your garage conversion, dependant upon where you are located. the £449 service is up to 100 miles from Derby and the £499 service is up to 200 miles from Derby.

One Day Service

We can design your garage conversion and submit your plans to your Local Authority on a one day service. We will travel to your property with our equipment and complete and print your plans on site.
A typical one-day service:

9.00am	Arrive at your property and set up equipment.
9.30	Measure your property.
10.30	Start to draw your Garage Conversion on AutoCad.
2.30pm	Meeting about the finer requirements for your Garage Conversion.
3.00	Design and print several Garage Conversion ideas for you to look at.
5.00	Finish and print your plans.
5.30	Complete your Local Authority Application forms.
6.00pm	Home.

As the one day service is quite long, occasional cups of tea are often required, and some clients have even been known to provide chocolate biscuits!!
